Tea Cup: Steamed tea
I love tea, and my favorite time to have tea is at 4 p.m. I make steamed tea, using loose black tea and either samovar or two pots. Boil water in a teakettle. Place 2 TBS of loose tea in a china pot and add 1/2 cup of boiling water over it. Place china pot on top of teakettle and let it steam for about a half an hour on low temperature. When, the sweet tea aroma drifts out of the pot, pour some in a tea cup and diluted it to your liking. Enjoy.
