Ford plans $60 million redevelopment in west Dearborn

Ford is looking to redevelop four blocks in west Dearborn, replacing old structures with retail space, offices for Ford employees and supplier employees. It also includes a parking structure as well.

It also includes redeveloping the Wagner Hotel as well. The project is between Mason Street to the west, Oakwood Boulevard to the east and south of Michigan Avenue.

We welcome Ford’s plans, and it is shows the auto maker’s commitment to the area. This again will mean additional demand on housing and real estate in the city of Dearborn.
