As president-election Donald Trump prepares to raise his right hand and take the oath of the presidency Friday, the nation is holding its breath on his speech and where he will take America in the next four years.
During the campaign his divisive rhetoric and promises alarmed many, and we hope that President would take a different course that he will now be the leader of the free world. We also hope that President Trump will be a president to all Americans regardless of race, ethnicity, faith and national of origin. Some of his cabinet choices are questionable, but we still hope for the best.
We have far to many important challenges including a recovering economy and job market, a failing infrastructure nationwide and tremendous security challenges at home and abroad. The cheap campaign talk is over and now it is time for true responsibility. We are optimistic that President will rise to the challenge and will be successful because his success is part of America’s success.
