As we say goodby to 2016, it has become customary for all of us to talk about the setting goals for the new year. 

But you know what it normally happens. Before January ends, most of our goals disappear and we fall back into the old habits. 

Experts advise to set reasonable goals with a timetable to evaluation to stay on track. Also setting goals should be part of the over all five year or lifelong plans and should focus on the priorities in our lives.

Whatever goals you set, or even you chose not to set, we wish you wonderful holidays and a very happy new year.
